I found a product through Good Characters that was unfortunately sold out due to a discontinuation. Andy and the staff made sure to inform me as soon as the new product line was out even though I had not inquired anymore. The product was a perfect gift for my wife. I order a Martial Arts stamp, so my certificates, letter, and overall appearnce of documents would be better looking. Good Characters; however, made them llok far more than that and I have only had positive comments about the stamp. The excellent caftmanship and detail that Good Characters has put into their products has benefited me and my school. Andy Chuang contacted me right after I placed my order to find out the proper pronounciation of my last name to insure that the translation would be accurate. By that point, I already knew I would be pleased with the end product, but I was really impressed once it arrived just a few days later. My Good Characters artist’s chop is outstandingly crafted, and far superior to the hard chop stamps I’ve previously purchased in other establishments. The selected ancient seal characters are so eloquent and meaningful, and the stamp mark appears very clearly on watercolor paper and every other medium I paint on. I also love the linguistic analysis certificate, which describes what each character symbol means. Good Characters has well exceeded my high expectations with their products and their personable customer service. I look forward to many more transactions with them in the near future.
