OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! GOOD CHARACTERS COMMUNICATED EVERYTHING TO ME (EX: COLOR SWEATSHIRT I WANTED WAS OUT OF STOCK AND THEY E-MAILED ME TO INFORM ME AND TO PICK OUT ANOTHER COLOR BLUE) THEY KEPT ME UPDATED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. THEY EVEN RUSHED IT (EMBROIDERED SWEATSHIRT) AND HAD IT DELIVERED TO ME THE DAY BEFORE VALENTINE’S DAY. I CAN’T SAY ENOUGH BECAUSE I WAS ALL SET WITH MY GIFT FOR MY VALENTINE.

This was a wonderful experience of buying online. I wish every experience could be this good. The merchant (Good Characters) was thoughtful and caring, and asked follow-up questions to make sure he would make me the chop I wanted. When the chop came it was even better than advertized - a rarity, but a sign of quality. I will definitely order from them again, should I need something that they carry.
I am extremely impressed with how much thought you put into creating my chop - especially in creating a suitable chinese name, even though that meant that it would take longer to ship. I am very very happy with my purchases, and have recommended you to my friends.
