I HAD MADE A SUGGESTION TO GOOD CHARACTERS FOR A NEW PRODUCT THAT I HOPED THAT THEY MIGHT CARRY. THEY TOOK ME UP ON MY SUGGESTION EVEN THOUGH IT MEANT SOME NEW EQUIPMENT ON THEIR PART. WHEN I RECEIVED THE SEAL I ASKED FOR I WAS VERY PLEASED. ANDY CHUANG, THE OWNER, IS VERY ACCOMODATING AND LISTENS TO HIS CUSTOMERS. I AM REALLY EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND CAN’T PRAISE THE COMPANY ENOUGH. I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH EVERY ORDER I HAVE PLACED WITH GOOD CHARACTERS. Andy replied immediately to my order with supplemental questions to better flesh out what I wanted. My order (two name stamps and a t-shirt) arrived sooner than I expected, given the personalized nature of these products. I really appreciate the style and character of Good Characters’ service.
