Good customer service. Was kept up-to-date on how the stamp was coming along and when it shipped — it is refreshing to see such personal contact with an online vendor. One suggestion — the merchant should post a photo and better description of what the final product would look like (the entire stamps appearance). I thought the stamp was not of true stamp quality (wood block with rubber stamp on bottom) and other customers should be aware of that prior to ordering.
