Andy was a delight to work with; very responsive to questions I had, and he worked with me to assure that I got the Japanese character translation that I would be happiest with. I was a little confused by the ordering process (there is a price for the translation as well as a price for making the stamp and I didnt understand that at first) so it took a little longer to get the stamp I ordered, but again, Andy was very helpful (and the delay was my fault, really). I would use Good Characters again.

I am using the double happiness character as the main theme for our Asian wedding and was looking for ways to add flair to inexpensive wedding invitations, thank you notes and programs. The double happiness stamp that I purchased from Good Characters was exactly was I was looking for. Despite being somewhat pricey at $28 for one small stamp it has more than paid for itself with repeated use so Im glad I finally broke down and bought it. My only complaint is that the stamp does not come in more than one size. Overall Im very happy with the product and this company.

Excellent product, and a good price. Ive had several orders with them, and all but one went 100% smoothly. With the other one, Andy got involved and got things fixed.
