I love my Calligraphy Practice Kit and Paper Set! I have used the practice kit with my three-and-a-half-year old daughter, who was adopted from China, several times. She loves to cover the page with water and she loves to show me how to paint the Chinese number for ”four” (which she learned from me). I intend to teach her more Chinese as I continue learning the language. The practice kit and the paper set will help and inspire both of us!

I placed and order and was charged for the purchase. After 3 weeks I had not received the merchandise so I emailed and called the company with no response and no product. So I made 2 more calls before the item shipped. I told them in the calls when I needed the merchandise by and there was no return call. Finally they shipped it but it was two days before I needed it and it did not arrive on time. I placed the order a full month before I needed it and was charged the full amount the day I ordered it. I am very unhappy with my dealings with this company.

Unsurpassed quality with their products. Web site is very nice and organized. In regards to customer service, I am sure that they take pride in making sure every customer is well taken care of. My personal expirience was not bad, but since the company was so busy, I was left unatented and with questions for a week. All items purchased come along with business cards from the President of the comapny (Great Business practice). Wich allows you to contact him directly. I thank him for his quick response. Prices seem a little high, but if you look around, you wont find a more professional or better deal!
