I have received the Embosser and Dojo Seal. They are beautiful. The work is perfect. I still have not received the Certificate of meaning I ordered with the stamp and was wondering when that will be sent.
Also I would like to purchase a Certificate authenticity stamp to stamp the edges of our Certificates. I have seen the example on your site but could not find the ordering information for it. Could you help me with ordering info for it. Thanks in advance.

Completely satisfied customer i.e Slight initial response delay from on-line contact, but hardly a problem. Translation assistance and advice learned and appropriate. Pre & Post documentation helpful & appropriate for business. Packaging of chop well protected, yet simple. Authenticity / meaning certificate really great for framing / presentation. Reputation enhanced by yet another successful outcome. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend service to others. Will consider for 2005, the purchase of a traditional brass wax seal for special correspondence envelopes.
Love the traditional brass seal & will most likely go for one in
due course for corresponding. You will be interested to know that, after receiving your company seal chop, in communicating with a Penjing organisation, I was given a couple of traditional chops ex Hong Kong as gifts. Whilst very grateful of course for these,
of interest is the fact that, when communicating with a Chinese associate, it was suggested that one of them was unfortunately grammatically incorrect. As I said initially, it was a nice thought, but your market notes about accurate translation, are attested to, by such results! My associate suggested that I should consider an upright rectangular chop at some stage for Bonsai Village, which by virtue of the chosen village character, apparently could also be interpreted as John’s Bonsai, being equally appropriate, for me.
Anyway, I trust this feedback is of some use, I am working on a brochure at present, which I want to include some Chinese simplified characters for tree parts in, and may well revert for assistance in 2004, along with above chop etc.etc.
